Job Description

• Develop a sales plan that aligns with the company’s strategic plan and revenue goals
• Lead Sales team members in generation, pipeline development and closing new business for Software Development Services and IT staffing, both as a “doer” and a “leader” – as a ‘Player – Coach’
• Create a culture of success for the team with a strong focus on ‘goal achievement’
• Hire, develop, coach and manage Sales staff (as needed)
• Continue to develop and implement a structured, effective sales process
• Participate in defining and overseeing sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve revenue goals
• Provide detailed and accurate Sales forecasting
• Report on KPI’s tied to demand and lead generation, closure and revenue

Requirements

• A proven and progressive track record of selling Technology services into Healthcare (a must)
• Successful experience building Corporate sales plan and ‘go-to-market’ strategy and executing on them
• Proven track record of pipeline development and prospecting
• Experience with contract negotiations to include financial negotiation
• Account management experience and skills - especially selling to mid-sized firms
• Excellent interpersonal skills and written/verbal skills
• Ability to help understand and communicate market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Customer first orientation
• Ability to think and act like an ‘Entrepreneur’
