Dedham, MA – Our client has been in business for over 50 years and are a pioneer in the employee testing, training and enablement space. Although they are an established organization, their approach is modern and they have recently built out an inside sales organization which experienced 30% growth in 2018! They are continuing to grow and looking for talented Account Executives to join their salesforce.

Job Description

• The Account Executive will be focused on managing a que of inbound leads and partnering with the product and marketing teams to close new logos
• The Account Executive will be calling into human resources, sales and the c-suite to sell a software suite and training services.
• The Account Executive will report to the Director of Sales and report to the office daily


• 3-10 Years of quota-carrying experience, running a full-sales cycle (Demo through Close)
• Must have previous experience in a SaaS organization
• Must have a consultative and strategic sales approach
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Location: Reporting daily to a Dedham, MA office
