We have an opening for a FINANCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our established team. We are looking for someone who will go the extra mile, sometimes 2! We serve the Business to Business Sales Market and/or Individuals and Families. (Not hard sales or door to door, but relationship need based sales). 5 Billion benefits delivered to customers in 2016.

Life and Health Insurance License required, but can be obtained through the on-boarding process in as little as 10 days. We will reimburse for your entire course and licensing.

Likes the Entrepreneurial role, either as experienced seasoned leader but also young professionals that can be developed and mentored into leadership roles.

If you are new in the field, we will provide the best training in the industry. If you are experienced in business management and sales, we will give you the best tools and support to ensure your success.

Requirements

* 2yrs Sales and customer focused experience preferred. However, we will train and mentor the right candidate. Career changers are welcome!

* For our Sales Manager position; 3-5 years’ experience required in sales and management.

* Must be professional (our work environment is business professional)

* Great work ethics, discipline and time management.

* Must be coachable, driven, energetic and motivated.

* BA, BS degree, or equivalent work experience helpful.

* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.

* Superior written and oral communication skills.

* Must be able to present to clients, enjoy networking and prospecting.
