They are in a growth mode looking for a highly motivated sales professional looking to be lead a newly created inside business development sales team.

Job Description

• The Sales Development Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily activity metrics for the lead generation team, including outbound prospecting, account mapping, call volume and appointment generation
• The Sales Development Supervisor will support a junior level sales team and provide coaching, training, mentoring and on-boarding support.
• The Sales Development Supervisor must be comfortable leveraging various technologies, such as Outreach,, LinkedIn and RainKing


• 2-5 years of sales experience in a SaaS, Software, or Cyber Security environment.
• 1-3 years of Team Lead, Supervisory or Management of a Business Development or Sales Development lead generation team
• Strong passion for sales and outbound prospecting
• Bachelor’s Degree Required; Must be able to pass a full drug and background check

Location: Reporting daily to a Burlington, MA office, travel 1x/qaurter
