Job Description

• Learn and communicate AEC’s value proposition to potential customers

• Secure appointments for senior consultants when an opportunity exist

• Make a minimum of 65+ outbound phone calls per day, possibly more depending on skill set

• Maintain a quota of contacting a minimum 7-10 decision makers daily or secure a minimum 2-3 appointments with qualified opportunities weekly

• Utilize a customer relationship database ( to accurately notate daily activity


• 0-3 years of sales experience
• Resilient, coachable, trainable
• Must not have a non-compete
• Bachelor’s degree is required

Base Comp. $40,000.00
Total Comp. $60,000.00
