Our client is a pure start-up founded here in Boston and they are looking for their first sales hire to work directly with the founding team. The specialize in workforce training and workflow software for the industrial and manufacturing industries. This will be the first Sales Development Representative to join the organization and help to build out their GoToMarket Strategy!

Job Description

• The Sales Development Representative will be calling into enterprise level accounts on a national level to secure demos for the founders.
• The Sales Development Representative will be tasked with creating strategy for account-based marketing and prospecting within those accounts.
• The plan is to have this Sales Development Representative running their own demos within 3-6 months to help bring deals to close and gain valuable experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a business development or sales development role in an enterprise software organization
• Experience calling into Industrial or Manufacturing clients preferred
• Experience prospecting for annual contract deals over $75,000


Location: Reporting daily to a WeWork office in the Seaport (Boston MA)
