Our client is a Boston based start-up focused on disrupting the healthcare and benefits marketplace. They have established an on-demand program, allowing employees to fully utilize their healthcare benefits that are being provided by their employer. They have a 92% NPS score and over a 97% retention rate! They have expanded to Chicago and Atlanta but are looking to continue to grow their headquarters with a talented Account Executive.

Job Description

• The Account Executive will be focused on selling to VP and C-level HR Executives, as well as Benefits Managers, Brokers, and Property Managers to prospect and close net new business
• The Account Executive will be working a full-sale cycle, while partnering with the Client Success team to ensure deliverability for scheduled events.
• The Account Executive must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (avg. sale cycle is 45 days) and tracking all information in and utilizing Salesloft.


• 1+ Years of inside, closing sales experience
• Must have experience selling into Human Resources (Manager, Director, VP and C-Level) or Benefits Managers
• Must present with polish and poise; excellent communication skills required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Location: Reporting daily to a downtown Boston, MA office; Meeting on-site with clients 1x week in Boston.
