Job Description

•Achieve a monthly sales quota for obtaining new business in assigned territories in a residential market.
•Utilize door-to-door knocking and cold calling techniques, distribute marketing materials, and participate in Special Sales Events to cultivate personal sales leads.
•Make both in-home and telephone presentations to residential customers for Cable Television, Local/Long Distance Telephone and High-Speed Cable Modem Internet services and service bundles.
•Up-sell current and new customers.
•Attend mandatory sales meetings; report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
•Assist in resolving customer issues.
•Assist with training and mentoring for new hires.


• Must be self-motivated.
• Previous direct selling experience is preferred.
• Sales or Marketing background in the telecommunications industry desired.
• Excellent communication, organizational, relationship building, presentation and influence skills are essential.
• Strong team orientation, customer service-minded, and flexibility are a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
