Our client was founded out of the Harvard Business School and is backed by one of the top VC firms in Boston. They have just started selling and have already closed key clients with a major hotel chain and Dunkin Donuts. Their platform allows organizations with hourly workers to stay compliant, reduce overtime and unnecessary spend, while engaging their workforce for optimal coverage. They are looking for their first Account Executive to join their Boston-Based start-up!

Job Description

• The Account Executive must be a Jack (or Jill!) of all Trades - this is a true start-up where you will be expected to collaborate with the founding team, provide insight into the day to day of the business, and of course focus on targeting new business
• The Account Executive will be tasked with prospecting, cold-calling and creating account plans to target net new businesses
• The Account Executive will also be tasked with running demos and closing business with key decision makers across Human Resources and Operations


• 2-5 years of experience closing business in a software or application sales environment
• Previous experience working in a Start-Up Environment
• Looking for someone with passion, perseverance and professionalism
• Bachelor's Degree Required
Location: Reporting daily to a Boston, MA office; limited travel anticipated
