Our client is a pure start-up founded here in Boston and they are looking for their first sales hire to work directly with the founding team. The specialize in workforce training and workflow software for the industrial and manufacturing industries. This will be the first Senior Account Executive to join the organization, work directly with the co-founders and help to build out their GoToMarket Strategy!

Job Description

• The Senior Account Executive will be calling into enterprise level accounts on a national level to bring on net new business
• The Senior Account Executive will be building relationships and selling to Production, Operations & Quality Leaders, HR Leaders, Technical Training Managers
• The Senior Account Executive will be focused on accounts in the industrial vertical, with specific focus on aerospace, defense, automotive, energy, and technical field services

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling ERP, Workflow or Automation/IoT Software / Cloud services
• Experience prospecting and closing annual contracts for over $100,000
• This is a pure start up environment and this person must be a team player and able to work in a changing and evolving sales environment


Location: Reporting daily to a WeWork office in the Seaport (Boston MA)
