Our Client is transforming the world with their technology. They have an application development software which allows anything on a screen or a dashboard to be created or designed without having to re-write code. They stand alone from a platform perspective and are in heavy growth mode as an organization. They are looking for a Sales Director to support their East Coast Sales team.

Job Description

--The Territory Sales Director will manage a team of 6-8 direct reports at both a mid-market and enterprise level and will be responsible for hiring/firing and on boarding new talent.
--The Territory Sales Director will be responsible for managing KPIs and activity metrics, and assisting on key deals and pipeline management
--The Territory Sales Director will be responsible for the East Coast Territory and overall sales number and will report to the SVP of Sales.


--10+ Years of Software sales experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing direct reports
--Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
--Bachelor’s Degree Required

Location: Reporting daily to a Boston, MA office; Traveling 30% within the territory
