They have a full service solution, offering a combination of hardware and software services to completely outfit any industrial operation. They are pre-IPO and have already achieved aggressive sales. They are looking for a Vice President of Sales who will be an experienced and proven leader, with the ability to 10x an organization in the Industrial Innovation space

Job Description

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for:
--Mentoring and managing the field sales team and solutions consultants to achieve overall revenue targets for North America
--Working as a strategic partner as needed with key clients with overall responsibility for client relationships, company vision/planning, revenue growth and account profitability
--Implementing sales strategies and driving new bookings while providing accurate forecasting projections
--Creating and building a network of strong channel partners and value added resellers
--Communicating effectively with internal functions while working alongside the executive leaders

Requirements

--10+ years of relevant experience in an industrial sales environment, leading a field-based sales organization.
--Experience selling a full solution of Hardware, Software and Services
--Proven experience driving 10x revenue growth in a Pre-IPO organization; Looking for someone who has scaled an organization from $50m to $100m+
--Experience building relationships with channel partners
--Highly self-motivated and can collaborate with peers
--Team building, negotiation and conflict management skills are essential


Location: Reporting to an office in the Greater Boston Area and working closely with the leadership team based here. Travel 25% on a national level to support the field team and attend industry events.


Compensation: $330k + Equity
