Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic salesperson with passion for and experience in digital, content-driven advertising. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of sales experience and established corporate and agency connections. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success. Experience selling other advertising and custom content packages, for a small to medium size digital media brand strongly preferred.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Identify and close new business opportunities, while meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue goals
• Leverage your existing relationships and create new relationships with the decision makers at the right companies
• Leverage your existing relationships with advertising and media agencies, as well as prospect and create new relationships with agencies who serve as the “gatekeepers” for direct corporate relationships
• Manage all aspects of the pre- and post-sales process to ensure a great experience for clients
• Utilize our proprietary audience data tools to identify new opportunities to grow the business



We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, positive and hard-working person who will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will:
• Significant digital media sales experience (8-15 years) – at a growing, small to medium size, publisher or social media platform
• Established industry relationships, including with decision-makers at mid-sized and Fortune 500 brands and media agencies
• Past success in selling sponsored and custom content and direct advertising campaigns
• Great relationship-building skills
• Outstanding track record of success in regularly meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade at all levels of a company or agency
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
