Job Description

--The Manager of Customer Success will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers that are focused on account retention, adoption and satisfaction.
--The Manager of Customer Success will be responsible creating strategy, enabling the team, and assisting during any type of escalation
--The Manager of Customer Success will work closely with internal management to advise on market trends, customer objectives and any other critical business issues that arise.


--5-7 years of customer success experience in a SaaS based company
--2-3 years managing and motivating a team of customer success managers focused enablement and strategy
--Experience working within a high-growth start-up environment
Bachelor’s Degree Required

Location: This is a remote opportunity but all candidates must be located East of Chicago, with a strong preference for candidates based on the East Coast.
