Job Description

--The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives focused on driving business expansion, upsell and renewals within the Medical Device vertical. 
--The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible coaching, mentoring, and motivating a remote team of mid level sales professionals, as well as assisting with hiring as the team grows.  
--The Inside Sales Manager will be expected to accurately forecast and measure team performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. 

Requirements

--5-7 years of sales experience in a SaaS based company, specifically selling within the healthcare/medical device space  
--2-3+ years managing and motivating a sales team focused on high activity to drive business,  
--Experience working within a high-growth start-up environment
--Bachelor’s Degree Required


Location: This is a remote opportunity with a strong preference for candidates based on the East Coast.
