Director, Sales Operations

Our client is internationally based and opened the US market in 2018. They have experienced record growth in 2020 - adding over 2,000 clients! They focus specifically in the virtual learning space, selling into Colleges, Universities and more recently, K-12. This is an exciting stage for the company and to support this rapid growth, they are seeking a Director of Sales Operations with a strong foundation in Salesforce.com, to work directly with their Global GM to continue to advance the company.

Job Description

The Director of Sales Operations is an opportunity to join a small team where your contributions directly impact the success of the organization.
--The Director of Sales Operations main responsibility will be to improve sales productivity - including but not limited to pipeline and forecast accuracy, headcount and planning as well as quota setting
--The Director of Sales Operations will own the Salesforce.com instance and be responsible for creating and deploying dashboards and analytics, with a secondary priority around additional sales enablement technology (Exactly, Outreach.io, etc.)
--The Director of Sales Operations will oversee the CRM including data quality, and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and other Business Units.

Requirements

--5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics or Sales Enablement
--Must have Salesforce.com Certification level - Administrator or Advanced Administrator
Strong data management abilities - Ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
--Previous experience in working with senior leadership building out sales models and forecasting


Location: Currently working remote through 2020 due to Covid-19. Once the office reopens, this person will be expected to report to a Boston, MA office
