Our Client is a medical device company focused on women’s health. They have big goals for growth, and are looking to add a Customer Service Representative to focus on recent customers to communicate the value and benefits of the product along with support to help women achieve their health goals.

Job Description
Making outbound calls to customers to educate and motivate on how to maximise product benefits
Answering inquiries on the product uses and filter tech support questions,
Communicate with women about intimate health care issues and anatomical functions in a mature and professional manner, with patience, empathy and maturity.
Deliver superior customer service on all inbound and outbound calls, and emails


2-3 years of Customer Service experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Healthcare/Medical Device/Women’s Health experience preferred
Mature, consultative, professional, and empathetic
The ideal candidate is looking to build a career, not just a job
Salesforce/CRM experience

Location: Remote - Must have a work from home space
