Our client is a privately held technology firm that provides strategic consulting and managed services for Oracle, AWS and Salesforce, as well as integration, cloud migration and analytics offerings. They have been in business for nearly 20 years and have a stable presence in the US and Europe. One of their key areas of growth is in their business intelligence and analytics arm and they are looking to hire a Pre-Sales Engineer to support their East Coast Enterprise Sales Team.

Job Description

The Pre-Sales Engineer will work closely with the Sales team and put together customized presentations and product demonstrations around Analytics and BI solutions.
The Pre-Sales Engineer will sales strategy while illustrating our products’ ability to address client’s unique business needs, respond and to RFIs, RFPs, and manage and execute on POCs
The Pre-Sales Engineer must be seen as a trusted and knowledgeable resource who is willing to go the extra mile and work in an collaborative and entrepreneurial environment


--10+ Years of Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect experience in the Analytics and BI space; Specific experience with ETL/ELT , Big Data Architecture, Traditional Data Warehouse Architecture and Reporting
--Technical Skills and Experience with Cloud Technology Platforms such as: Oracle (both OBIEE/OBIA and OAC, Autonomous Data Warehouse, etc); Tableau; Snowflake; Qlik; Salesforce Einstein; AWS
--Experience Implementing large scale data platforms such as, EDW, Data lake, BI solution
--Must be able to communicate a value proposition, present technical demos to stakeholders and lines of business (CFO, CIO, CTO)

Location: This is a remote opportunity but the candidate must live on the East Coast with a preference for Boston, MA or New York, NY based candidates; Travel to clients as needed ~30%
