Our client is a privately held technology firm that provides strategic consulting and managed services for Oracle, AWS and Salesforce, as well as integration, cloud migration and analytics offerings. They have been in business for nearly 20 years and have a stable presence in the US and Europe. Due to a recent acquisition, they are looking to expand their Strategic Account Management team.

Job Description

--The Strategic Account Manager will oversee a book of 20-25 key accounts and will be focused on both retention and expansion.
--The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for driving business engagements and technology consulting solutions (both recurring and project-based), with a primary focus on Oracle, Snowflake and Amazon cloud engagements.
--The Strategic Account Manager will provide quarterly business reviews (QBRs), strategic and custom road mapping, and be seen as a trusted advisor and partner through building credible, meaningful relationships with the account.


--5+ Years of strategic account management experience within a consulting or service based sales environment
--Must have experience with Cloud and IT services with deep understanding of solution selling within the Oracle ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM environments.
--Excellent attention to detail, communication and presentation skills required

Location: This is a remote opportunity with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast; Travel to clients as needed ~30%
