We are an asset management company specializing in the marketing and selling of Heavy Equipment, Trucks & Trailers worldwide. Proxy Equipment is committed to providing honesty and integrity through our proprietary Asset Management online platform developed by Proxy Equipment to evaluate, market and sell a client’s surplus equipment and machinery. We are continually focused on connecting buyers and sellers from around the work to move equipment at market values. Markets we serve include construction companies, paving companies, waste companies, trucking companies, mining companies, crane services, and many more.


Employment Type:
This is an Independent Contractor position (1099, not W2) that pays 100% commission.

Compensation:
$80,000 to $125,000 Annually

SALES COMPENSATION PLAN is based on the final net profit of equipment sales:
Level 1: Sales rep payout is equal to 50% net profit
Level 2: Sales rep payout is equal to 60% net profit
Average commission payout is $2500-$5000 per sale and paid within 24 hours (exceptions may include holiday and/or weekends)

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Encourage prospects to sell their surplus equipment using Proxy Equipment’s proprietary online Asset Management Platform
• Generate own leads (must be willing to knock doors); Inbound lead follow up
• Cold call local companies to offer our free service and obtain listings to sell
• Consulting with customers on the valuation and sales estimates of machinery and equipment
• Maintain efficient and accurate documentation of each customer through our CRM
• Must feel comfortable with iPads, and CRMs. Job files are kept electronically
• Take pictures and collect data via inspection forms
• Upload pictures and info to the Proxy online platform for worldwide advertising
• Create quality equipment listings
• Be onsite when a potential buyer needs to inspect a unit
• The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
