Job Description

ROI is looking for up-and-coming professionals who are ready to put in the work for their West Caldwell office. Hunter attitude, willing to put in the sweat equity to build a solid book of candidates. Athletes do well - high activity, high rejection. Urgency is key.

This role is designed to bring a talented sales rep in, teach them the recruiting industry, and eventually start transitioning toward sales and business development. The ideal candidate will help companies staff either temporary workers to supplement existing staff for project-based work or full-time employees for critical organizational roles.

• Source, identify, screen, and interview relevant candidates for specific job requirements
• Manage constantly changing priorities with a high degree of urgency and efficiency
• Negotiate candidate offers and maintain strong ongoing relationships


To succeed at ROI you will need:

• 0-3 years of commission-based sales experience
• College degree preferred
• Competitive, entrepreneurial drive
• Willingness to make career a priority
• Sense of urgency and initiative
• Excellent people skills with an uncanny ability to build trust and connection in a competitive marketplace
• Exceptional retention ability
• Ability to work within a closely integrated team, while wearing many hats
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
