Our Client has been in business for over twenty years and is seen as a leader in their space. They provide their customers with an omnichannel consumer engagement platform built around automating contact and support center services. Due to their continued success in 2020, they are expanding their team and looking to add an Enterprise Sales Director in to cover the West Coast.

Job Description

--The Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for bringing on net new business within enterprise accounts across the West Coast.
--This Enterprise Sales Director must be seen as a leader and partner - someone who can foster long-term trust, build relationships, and have a seat at the table when discussing land and expand strategy.
--The Enterprise Sales Director will have a support team, but they must be comfortable working the entire sales cycle, including responding to RFPs, writing proposals and quotations, license negotiation, etc.


Requirements

--8+ Years of Enterprise Sales Experience within a Cloud-based organization
--Experience selling a customer centric platform to improve, optimize and automate customer experience and service process
--Must be a proven hunter with experience closing net new logos from start-to-finish


Location: Candidates must be located within the West Coast - CA, AZ, NM, CO, UT, NV, OR or WA - and will work from a home office (Remote) with the ability to travel to clients as necessary
