Job Description


Our Benefits Advisors consult with business owners and human resource representatives to create customized employee benefits plans. By representing multiple life, health and disability insurance carriers, you will be able to offer your clients a variety of “best in class” products that are the best fit for their organization. You will also be providing financial security and peace of mind to clients.

Core responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities via company leads, networking, referrals and calls.

- Consult with C-level executives and Human Resources professionals to review and analyze existing benefits packages.

- Engage and enroll interested employees in benefits plans.

- Respond to client inquiries and claims in a timely and accurate fashion.

- Develop and maintain professional relationships in the business community.


* In response to Covid, The MWE Partnership has developed a suite of electronic platforms to ensure that our partners can reach out to potential clients safely. Our technologies offer the opportunity for client engagement virtually or in-person.

This position is a Commission-based position. However, you will have the opportunity to earn $3,000 in bonuses in your first 3 months and more than $12,500 in bonuses during your first year. Stock options and residual income are also included in the compensation plan.
