Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The ISR’s role is to acquire new customers and develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Base salary from $34,000 plus commission.

General Responsibilities:
- Preparing for and setting appointments daily with prospective and current clients
- Properly process sales requests
- Ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate product effectiveness and high quality
- Drive entire sales process: target top prospects, identify solutions, negotiate and close
- Using multiple sales approaches, build a year-over-year track record of performance and accountability.
- Manage small SMB sales opportunities to large complex enterprise sales opportunities
- Utilize and update CRM of all contacts and sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with staff and team


- Applicable sales experience, including cold calling
- Self confidence and driven to succeed
- Willing to learn
- Time management skills, high energy, and self-motivated
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time
- Experience with Salesforce and/or SugarCRM a plus
- Telecom experience a plus

Base Comp. $30,000.00
Total Comp. $35,000.00
