About the job:
The Client Success Coordinator is a sales and business development position focused on acquiring new clients. You will receive a base of existing clients to manage and sell to, along with developing new clients on your own. Creativity in sales strategy is highly encouraged as you will be responsible for selling a range of verticals. You will join networking groups and attend events (virtual or in-person) to acquire new business. Our internal marketing department will help you with lead generation, but you will also make cold and warm calls to generate leads. You will seek and follow leads and referrals and regularly follow-up with existing and potential new clients. We will help you along the way by training you with a thorough understanding of our business and provide you with time-tested methods as well as new techniques.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Research, identify, and qualify target accounts through effective outreach methodologies and effective communication of our value proposition to key decision-makers.
• Create lists of prospects and contacts for email/phone campaigns, conference attendance, etc.
• Responsible for prioritizing and leading prospecting activities through our CRM database.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Solution Design, and Operations departments.
• Direct prospecting (digital/phone/email) to drive new business and grow an existing client base.
• Engage senior-level clients through a consultative sales approach to understand needs and qualify opportunities.
• Partner with the Solution Design team to design IT, telecom, and cabling solutions that keep IT simple for our clients.
• Evangelize the managed service model to executives across industries.
• Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business.
• Utilize our CRM to contact prospects and clients, track ongoing activity and update client accounts.
About You:
Are you a focused, driven professional with excellent presentation skills and an interest in tech? If you’re looking to grow your income and expand your skills, the Client Success Coordinator role might be for you.
Ideal candidates should be eager to build and execute a sales plan, with a particular focus on securing new business and creating additional sales and up-sale opportunities after initially signing them as a client.

This is a sales role that requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a desire to learn about the industry. The role includes all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing to account management. You will be responsible for working with clients to identify how our solutions can solve their unique problems and fit their needs and disqualify prospects that aren't a good fit.

Basic Qualifications:
• Prior sales experience is great, but not required, bonus if technology-related, or B2B – We're looking for a great fit, and we will train you on everything you need to know.
• Excellent in-person and digital presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical interest – you'll need to stay updated on current tech and client needs.
• Focused and positive attitude – a “hunter” attitude.
• Ability to maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records.
• Minimal travel to tradeshows, networking events, and clients as required
