Our client was an early pioneer in the SaaS knowledge management and content management (DITA) space. Their solution allows for content to be edited, distributed and deployed anywhere in the world while meeting all compliance and regulatory requirements. They have been in business for over 10 years and have an extensive list of Enterprise clients. Due to their growth, they are adding a Sales Engineer to support their Enterprise clients throughout the United States.

Job Description

--The Sales Engineer will support the Sales and Business Development efforts in all pre-sales activities, including RFP, Solution Demo and POC stages
--The Sales Engineer must be able to drive technical conversations with Engineers and Developers while also having strategic calls with various lines of business stake holders.
--The Sales Engineer must be able to work with clients and partners both virtually and in person and must have excellent presentation skills


--5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience supporting enterprise-level sales efforts with SaaS based organization
--Previous experience with web service API, portals, and applications required;
--Experience with DITA or Content Management
--Bachelor’s Degree Required

Location: Ideal Candidates will be located in MA with the ability to travel up to 20% as needed; will also consider candidates based anywhere East Coast
