Our Client is an industry leader in the Cloud Application and Monitoring space. Their platform provides viability across any cloud environment and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.) and allows their clients to save money on cloud services while increasing security and compliance. They are in heavy growth mode as an organization and are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to work with their Customer Success Team.

Job Description

The Technical Account Manager will focus on the day to day success of the account, providing weekly and monthly check-ins to ensure adoption. retention and success.
The Technical Account Manager will handle account configuration and introduce any new products and features to deepen the relationships.
The Technical Account Manager must be comfortable speaking with multiple stakeholders across various lines of business (IT, DevOps, Compliance, Finance, etc.)

Requirements

3-5 Years of Customer Success., Account Management or Tier-2/Tier-3 support experience
Must have experience working within a cloud technology organization - preference for someone with experience in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive conversations around business objectives and outcomes
Bachelor’s Degree Required


Location: This is a remote work from home sales environment and candidates will continue to work virtually post-Covid-19. Candidates can live anywhere in the USA with a preference for candidates based in MA
