Our client is a pure start-up founded in Boston, MA and they are looking to add a Business Development Representative to work directly with the founding team on Enterprise Sales. They specialize in workforce training and workflow software for the industrial and manufacturing industries and specifically target the Fortune 500. Due to their strategic prospecting and account-based approach, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join the team.

Job Description

--The Business Development Representative will be calling into enterprise level accounts on a national level with a specific focus in aerospace, defense, and automotive manufacturing verticals
--The Business Development Representative will be tasked with creating strategy for account-based marketing and prospecting within those accounts.
--The Business Development Representative must be comfortable in an outbound sales role with KPI expectations of 40-60 activities/day


--1+ years of experience in a business development or sales development role in an enterprise software organization
--Experience calling into Industrial or Manufacturing Industries preferred
--Experience prospecting for annual contract deals over $100,000 and working with multiple stake-holders

Location: This is a remote, work from home opportunity and candidates can be located anywhere within the United States
