In addition to their medical device, they also provide one-on-one coaching with all customers and a smart-phone app to support women achieve their health goals. They have recently added their first CEO to help take the organization to the next level with plans to grow and IPO in 18-24 months. They have big goals for growth, which has them in the search of adding a talented Sales Manager to drive process and scale the team!

Job Description

--The Sales Manager will be managing and mentoring a current team of 8-10 reps and working to scale and grow the sales organization and implement processes and procedures to scale
--The Sales Manager must be operations oriented and have the ability to work cross-functionally to implement solutions for high-volume, high-quality, patient-centric sales and support
--The Sales Manager will be tasked with identifying and measuring KPIs and coaching the team to achieve day to day activity goals


--5+ Years of experience leading B2C inside sales teams or call center environments
--Previous experience with a Health-Tech/App, Women's Health or Medical Device company
--Experience working in a high-growth sales environment, working to scale both teams and processes
--Ability to use Salesforce/CRM to track, implement and measure KPIs

Location: This is a remote, work from home opportunity and candidates can be located anywhere USA.
