Job Description

As a leasing consultant you play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be skilled in digital marketing strategies, fluent speaking to prospects, and knowledgeable about our products. Your goal is to develop opportunities for the Strategic Business Executives (SBE) to meet with prospects and assist the SBE in developing a customized fleet management solution for each prospect.

Assist Sales Development Representatives in identifying and qualifying prospects
Follow up on cold and warm prospects to further the sales process
Update CRM for all contact with prospect and update data as needed
Place marketing content into networks and social media for the best effect
Promote corporate and personal brand in social media
Develop meaningful relationships with prospects to encourage trust and loyalty
Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the prospect
Create qualified opportunities for SBE to meet with prospects
Assist SBE in preparation of presentation materials and prospect communication
Nurture relationship with prospect throughout the client journey
Give feedback on content strategies
Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
Track and report daily/weekly/monthly activity goals as required
Present team activities and prospect follow-up statistics at the weekly team meeting
Work Closely with Sales Operations Manager to Develop and Implement New Policy & Procedures
Perform all other duties as assigned


2+ years of B2B sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and
CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
Skilled at modern digital distribution platforms
Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
Team player
Ability to demonstrate ownership & accountability
Bachelor’s degree preferred but will accept equivalent experience in field

Base Comp. $55,000.00
Total Comp. $70,000.00
