Job Description

Our Consultants visit with homeowners and assist them with identifying the products that will best fit their needs. Every Consultant is provided with professional paid training, industry leading product samples and ongoing support to assist in closing the sale. NO COLD CALLING! Each appointment is 100% PRE-SET and PRE-QUALIFIED.

Our current sales force is made up of top performers who are highly-compensated and have earning potential of $150,000 and beyond in their first year. We offer a generous compensation package including uncapped bonus and incentive opportunities. We pay on a weekly basis through direct deposit.

All Sales Consultants will be W-2 employees that after 90 days of employment qualify for the following benefits:

We are looking for dynamic, design-oriented, visual Sales Consultants with a great personality to fuel our growth and expansion. Sales experience is required: in-home sales, outside sales, and direct sales experience is a plus.

Total Comp. $150,000.00
