Our Client is an international organization that is expanding their foothold within the US market and are looking to build their first Business Development Team here in North America. They partner with enterprise level organizations to provide an e-commerce / commerce cloud platform to enable and empower brands to create an unique buying experience for consumers. They are in heavy growth mode as an organization, have received a $500m valuation and are ranked in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. They are looking for a hands-on Business Development Team Lead to join and help them grow out their BDR function for North America!

Job Description

•This is an opportunity to join an organization on the ground level and work with senior leadership to create strategy, messaging, outreach and KPI metrics to find success in a new market
•The Business Development Team Lead must be a ambitious, driven and a self-starter and willing to pick up the phone to make outbound calls, lead by example, track metrics and mentor a young team.
•The Business Development Team Lead will be responsible for prospecting and creating targeted account lists, working on messaging and account based marketing strategy and setting up outbound cadences


•2 Years of Business Development within a SaaS or PaaS organization
•1 year of team lead experience preferred, must have an entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to drive lead generation strategy
•Previous experience with,, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, Zoom Info and/or other sales enablement technologies
•Bachelor’s Degree

Location: This is a remote work from home sales environment, with a strong preference for East Coast based candidates. Candidates will continue to work virtually post-Covid-19.
