Job Description

If you have a background in computers and love to talk tech, we might have the perfect job for you. We will train you on how to discuss data recovery for various digital devices, but you must have a very good understanding of computers and technology.

In this position as a case manager, customer service representative, you will sell customers on the benefits of DataTech Labs and convince them we are the facility to use. You will then keep your customer informed on the various milestones completed during the recovery process. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, assisting multiple clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, using Strong, Polite, Professional, and Polished verbal and written communication skills
Not afraid to work on the phones making and receiving calls
Strong closer with the capability to convince customers to use our services.
Detail-oriented with the capability to think quick and keep customers moving forward with their recovery
Computer Technology experience is required
Minimum work experience in customer service, technology, and sales: 2 years

Base Comp. $35,000.00
