They have a strong and diverse team that has resulted in over 300% growth the last 3 years and due to their success they are expanding their Inside Business Development Representative Team and looking for a talented Manager to mentor this growing team!

Job Description

--This is an opportunity for coach entry-level sales professionals on strategy, messaging, outreach and KPI metrics and best practices to find success.
--The Business Development Manager must be a team player who can mentor on strategy but also pick up the phone to lead by example
--The Business Development Manager will be responsible for assisting the team with prospecting and creating targeted account lists, working on messaging and account based marketing strategy and setting up outbound cadences


--2 Years of Business Development within a SaaS organization; preference for experience in the HR or HCM space
--1-3 Years of team lead experience or inside sales/business development management experience preferred
--Previous experience with, Hubspot, Drift,, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, ZoomInfo and/or other sales enablement technologies
--Bachelor’s Degree Required

Location: This is a remote work from home opportunity with a preference for candidates based in the Greater Boston, MA or Greater Denver, CO areas.
