Our Client is an international organization focused within the e-commerce space that has experienced growing success across the US over the last 5 years. Their platform helps e-commerce clients streamline communication with visitors to their website in turn generating more revenue and customer satisfaction. They are continuing to focus on expansion within the US and looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to work with some of their top accounts to ensure success.

Job Description

--The Customer Success Manager will manage a small portfolio of Enterprise Accounts (15-20) and handle all onboarding, renewals and retention, as well as some upsell and expansion
--The Customer Success Manager will handle the day to day, manage and grow the relationships and handle any escalating issues to ensure retention and renewals
--The Customer Success Manager must be comfortable presenting demos, developing proposals, negotiating contracts and closing sales.

Requirements

--2-5 years of Account Management or Client Success/Customer Success Manager experience
--Must have direct experience within e-commerce, PIM, or other similar marketing based SaaS platforms.
--Bachelor's Degree required


Location: Remote, Work from home opportunity; Candidates may be located anywhere within the US.
