Our client has been in business for over 25 years and specialize in both residential and commercial moving and storage services.  They work with hospitals, real estate companies, colleges and universities, the military and more to assist in local, interstate and international moving. They have 4 locations throughout the United States and due to recent growth, they are looking for a National Sales Director to lead their sales organization that is focused on new business within the commercial B2B sector. 

Job Description

--The National Sales Director will oversee a remote team of sales professionals and will be focused on coaching, mentoring and training team members on sales strategy and technique 
--The National Sales Director will be responsible for designing and implementing sales metrics, sales activities and partnering with marketing on initiatives to support sales strategy. 
--The National Sales Director will be focused on driving monthly and quarterly revenue objectives and presenting sales reports and forecasting to management 


--The ideal candidate will be a people leader with a proven track record of achieving results, growing profitability and developing people to be top performers through leading by example 
--Tech Savvy – ability to track and record all information in a CRM system, leverage sales enablement tools, and reporting. 
--Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
--Sandler Sales Methodology preferred, but open to any sort of formal sales training 

Base Comp. $150,000.00
Total Comp. $175,000.00
