***Confidential*** Our client is a start-up that is growing rapidly with a highly transactional SaaS offering. They are looking for a Director of Customer Success to create process to support their Onboarding and Account Management functions.

Job Description

The Director of Customer Success must have a start-up mentality and have worked to create processes around success and support in the past.
This team oversees high volume accounts that are very transactional, this Director must be able to create and roll-out strategy around retention and success.
The Director of Customer Success will oversee a small, global team (US, EMEA and APAC) and report directly to the CEO


--7+ years of experience in account management or customer success function
-- At least 3+ years focused on leadership and strategy
--Must have proven experience building and creating playbooks for onboarding strategy and understanding how to work in a start-up environment
--Must be a hands on leader and able to drive change through action and coaching.

Location: This is a remote work from home opportunity with a preference for candidates who are based in Boston, MA or the East Coast as they will be supporting and working with a Global Team.
