Our client is a growing start-up that is already being seen as a leader in the building automation and property management software platform space. Their platform allows multiple vendors and systems to be utilized in one easy platform so building owners and operators can get the most out of their space and provide ease of access for their tenants. They have grown both organically and through acquisition and are now scaling their sales efforts in key markets by hiring Strategic Account Directors in Chicago, New York and Dallas.

Job Description

• The Strategic Account Director will be focused on key enterprise accounts in the commercial real estate space, focusing on both new business and account expansion.
• The Strategic Account Director must be able to sell complex software and large, multi-year contracts to achieve a multi-million-dollar quota
• The Strategic Account Director must be seen as a true partner and be able to work with Asset Managers, Financial Investors/Building Owners and Property Managers

Requirements

• 7+ years selling Enterprise Software or SaaS
• Preference for someone who has experience selling software related to the real estate industry (ERP/Workflow software, building automation, access control, corporate office space/systems, commercial construction software, etc.)
• Must have previous experience leveraging sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.com, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.


Location: This person will be reporting to an office in market and expected to travel upwards of 50% to meet with prospects and clients.

• Dallas, TX
• New York, NY
