Job Description

The Membership Services Coordinator will support, develop, and create sustainable growth for Black businesses in our community. Have an impact by developing and retaining membership through direct outreach, events, social media, and meaningful programming. This role interacts with the community, business leaders, and Board members, reporting directly to the Executive Director.

Salary and commission plus an opportunity to learn, grow and build a network make this a great role for a service-oriented professional. Leverage effective sales tools such as CRM, research, and data analytics to continuously improve our reach and impact. The ideal candidate is comfortable cold calling, detailed, systematic, able to build partnerships, and has a passion to help others be successful.
