Manager, Sales Development - Workflow/Automation Software

Our client is a leader in the document management and workflow automation space. They are approaching the $100m ARR mark and have over 700,000 customers and 20m users worldwide. They have experienced hyper growth over the last two years and is looking to build on their momentum as they look to bring in a strong leader to their Sales Development team in California.

Job Description

• This is an opportunity to join an organization in hypergrowth as they look to double the size of their SDR team both in the US and internationally. The SDR Manager will have specific goals around hiring and expanding headcount.
• The SDR Manager will coach the existing team on call strategy, creative messaging and outreach cadences and how to execute on strategy to drive new business development opportunities for the organization.
• The SDR Manager should lead by example to mentor a young team with a strong internal promotion track and will also be expected to work cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Sales Operations and Marketing.


• 5 Years of experience working in SaaS or PaaS based organization with aggressive recurring revenue goals
• 3+ Years of leadership experience within a hyper-growth environment
• Previous experience with sales enablement technologies and a preference for formal sales training (MEDDIC, Sandler, John Barrows, etc.)

Location: Reporting to an office in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area (East of SF); limited travel anticipated

Additional Compensation Information: Equity will be part of the offer package
