Our client has acquired several organizations to build the most robust platform in the digital transformation space. According to Gartner, 70% of organizations will use Value Stream Management (VSM) to improve the flow in the DevOps pipeline and our client has created just that. They have an established client base of Enterprise and Fortune 2000 clients and are looking for a Sales Leader to manage, mentor and expand their Global Sales Development organization.

Job Description

• The Vice President of Business Development will oversee a team of BDR Managers and BDRs in EMEA, the East Coast, the West Coast and eventually, APAC and will be responsible for hiring and scaling up the team.
• The Vice President of Bus Dev will coach the existing team on how to execute on strategy to drive new business development opportunities for the enterprise field sales organization.
• The Vice President of Bus Dev must be a hands-on leader, in addition to overseeing metrics, KPIs, and pipeline targets they will be tasked with coaching, role-playing and training to ensure effectiveness.


• 7-10 Years of experience working in technical SaaS or DevOps focused organization
• 5+ Years of leadership experience within a hyper-growth environment
• Previous experience managing a global team based in various time zones

Location: Reporting to an office in the Greater Boston, MA area; up to 25% travel anticipated

Additional Compensation Information: Equity will be part of the offer package
