We are growing, and we are in need of more staff that work behind the scenes. Are you the talent that we are looking for?

Job Description:
Our hands are getting full and we are in need of someone who can check the documents that our clients hand over. These documents vary such as the ones required by banks and other legal documents. The Office Clerk will take on this task and coordinate with multiple departments specifically with the sales and legal department. Other tasks may include regularly checking office supplies such as printer inks, papers, and pens. If you have great attention to the smallest details and works well with clerical tasks then this job might be for you!

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales and legal department about the documents submitted by our clients.
Skim through the documents from the clients and double-check for any mistakes
Assist the legal and sales departments in filing the documents.
Document every file that comes and record them in our logs.
Regularly check the office supplies and file a request if needed.
Work with other departments should they need help.

Requirements

Requirements:
Trustworthy and able to work with less supervision.
Can juggle between multiple tasks well.
Familiarity with legal documents is an advantage but not required.
Able to work with teams.
Knowledge in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Willing to migrate to Canada
