Company Profile

Our client is a global biotech company the one of the leaders in gene synthesis across the globe. They offer platforms and act as both a contracted research organization (CRO) and a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). They are growing their team of Key Account Managers in target markets throughout the US due to their expanding needs.

Job Description

• The Key Account Manager will oversee a book of key accounts in their territory, focused on emerging Biotech, Government and Academic accounts, and will be focused on expansion and upsell within those target accounts.
• The Key Account Manager will be working with Scientists and PhDs, Researchers, Lab Managers, Heads of Operations, etc.
• The Key Account Manager must have the ability to present to various stake holders, implement sales tactics and leverage marketing strategy to deliver sale results.


• 1-5 Years post college experience, either working in a lab or within a biotech focused sales organization
• MUST have a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, life Sciences, or similar field
• Must be able to pass a drug test (include marijuana)

Location: This is a remote, WFH position but candidates must be located within the Greater Boston, MA area as local travel is required
