They have built their company on offering their customers a chance to take a bird’s eye view of the competitive landscapes, market behaviors, trends, and an overall clear look into how to make profitable decisions in this environment. Due to their success they are looking to add their first Director of Sales Enablement to help the organization continue on their growth trajectory.

Job Description

• The Director of Sales Enablement will be tasked with collecting core data and input cross organizationally to create presentation materials for Quarterly Business Reviews, Board Meetings, etc.
• The Director of Sales Enablement will support sales events, create account plans, organize kick-off program and align on incentives.
• The Director of Sales Enablement will work cross functionally with sales, client success, marketing and operations teams


• 7+ years of demonstrated success in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Account Planning or Project Management
• Experience in an Enterprise focused Subscription-Based Sales Environment
• Previous experience planning, building processes and creating strategy to improve productivity across an organization.
• Self-starter and independent thinker with the aptitude to work autonomously as well as with a team.

Location: Reporting daily to a Boston, MA based office
