Job Description

- Work remotely
- Procure new leads and close new business by providing our clients with extended long term developers in their time zone
- Build a client pipeline and generate revenue against a quota
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of your sales area and an aggressive approach to growing new business
- Position Company as the client's trusted partner
- Understand the Company value proposition and clearly articulate it to all clients, prospects, management etc.
- Be an engaged team member who contributes ideas and comes up with initiatives
- Stay current on the latest technology and market trends via continuous learning

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in recruiting and team augmentation sales.
- A network of professional contacts and qualified sales leads
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management skills.
- Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.

Base Comp. $90,000.00
