We currently serve customers in: California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Utah, Colorado, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Wisconsin.

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and help them decide if converting to solar is right for them.
This is a sales position and the compensation is strictly based on how many of your sales get installed. Commissions are substantial. We offer free training. It lasts 4 weeks, Monday thru Friday from 12-2pm eastern time over Zoom.
Present and sell our solar services to new customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Customize sales material to present to customers


Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields like selling mobile phones or cable services
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong communication skills
Good negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Things that will make you stand out:
Previous experience with selling online and presenting to prospective customers over Zoom calls.
Those who have in-home sales experience or even door-to-door sales experience is a huge plus.
Bilingual individuals that are native Spanish speakers.
A huge desire to succeed and earn over $200,000 the first year.
You are not a good fit if:
You are just looking for a pay check, this is not for you. We are looking for individuals who are willing to sacrifice a little today in order to make an extraordinary income tomorrow.
You are not somewhat resourceful or tech savvy, this is not for you. You should be able to quickly maneuver yourself around a computer and do basic research online, as well as, feel comfortable making a quick phone call to get needed information.
You are not available for 2 hours each day, five days a week, for 4 weeks over Zoom (12-2pm M-F for 4 weeks) starting within the next 45 days, this is not for you. This is a class where you learn everything you need to know about selling solar to residential homeowners. It provides you the necessary tools to be self-reliant.
