Our client is focused on safety for the construction industry. They boast a ZERO accident track record when using their equipment and have been in business for over 20 years. They are internationally based and have been selling in the US for over 7 years leveraging a network of partners and distributors, but are now ready to expand and hire a direct sales team here in the United States.

Job Description

• The Regional Sales Director will target key accounts and partners East of the Mississippi and will need to travel as needed both via car and airplane.
• The Regional Sales Director will be leveraging existing partnerships and will be focused on maintaining and growing the footprint within those partners, while also continuing to expand that network.
• The Regional Sales Director will also work closely with AEC firms, Roofing firms and others in the construction space, often working directly with project managers, engineers and owners.

Requirements

• 5-10 Years of experience specifically focused on safety systems, engineered systems, or other similar equipment for the construction and engineering space.
• Must have a strong track record of new business experience and be willing to travel as needed to win business
• Must be entrepreneurial and independent with the desire to manage junior sales reps in the future


Location: This is a remote, work from home, outside sales position with 50%+ travel is required. Candidates must be comfortable traveling Internationally for training and other business meetings 2x/year
