Job Description

• The Strategic Account Manager will be focused on expansion of a net new business unit focused on partnerships with BPO organizations
• The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for bringing on new business, creating value-add and lasting relationships and expanding to multi-million dollar and multi-year engagements
• The Strategic Account Manager will be working with various lines of business, such as supply chain, e-commerce, sales and customer service


• 5-7 years selling a business application software at the Enterprise ($1b+) Level
• Previous experience working at a BPO or with BPOs such as Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant, TATA or others.
• Previous experience overseeing a small book of strategic enterprise accounts that are high touch and high attention

Location: This person will be working remotely in a home-office and covering national accounts
