Job Description

Your Work:

Feathr is looking for Sr. Account Executives with knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) technology, and solid B2B sales experience in charity, association, and other nonprofit industries. We’re ready to welcome more birds to our flock to help us double our ARR in 2021! If you’re looking for a customer-centric, solutions-based sales approach then Feathr could be your next nest.

As an Account Executive at Feathr, you’ll be selling a unique, unparalleled digital marketing software and service to a targeted customer base in the Banking, Association, and Non-Profit industries by identifying, sourcing, and closing good-fit prospects. You’ll work with prospects to qualify their strategic objectives and challenges and communicate Feathr’s capability to directly match their goals and pain points using our digital marketing services. Our sales approach embodies the consultative/solutions method, because we believe in our product’s ability to help customers overcome unique challenges and make their lives easier and better.

Like many B2B SaaS companies, we largely follow the sales model outlined in the bookPredictable Revenue, with a dedicated team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) focused on prospecting and outbound calls/emails to set up exploratory calls for our Account Executives (AEs). We also expect each AE to help supplement their pipeline with their own outbound efforts as necessary.

Our sales cycle is typically 1 to 2 months and our average sale is $9,100 for an annual license, with the largest customers over $100K/year.
Your Experience
4+ years of successful quota-carrying software, nonprofit, B2B, or digital sales experience as an individual contributor.
Comprehensive understanding of sales process and sales skills.
Be comfortable working in a small, fast-paced organization with big ideas and even bigger goals.

Your Day
Use consultative selling techniques to offer unique perspectives on each customer’s business.
Run daily product demos via screen-share as well as in-person, to a variety of job titles ranging from Marketing Coordinator to CMO.
Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting, demos, crafting proposals, negotiating the close.
And of course, exceeding sales goals and quotas.
Compensation:
On target earnings range from $90k-$175k with $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission.

Feathr is located in Gainesville, FL and while we are committed to offering top priority to local Gainesville candidates, we are open to accommodating candidates located in North and Central Florida.
