They offer a software platform to support HR and Talent Acquisition teams find and recruit new talent to their organization. They have doubled in size and revenue over the last two years, and already work with 100% of the Fortune 500. Due to their success and rapid growth, they are continuing to scale their remote, enterprise-focused sales organization and are looking for a dedicated leader in their San Francisco office.

Job Description

• The Director of Sales will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of field based Enterprise AEs targeting the Fortune 2000 and above list
• The Director of Sales will oversee pipeline activity, KPIs and metrics and ensure accurate forecasting and quota attainment for the team
• The Director of Sales must be a true coach, willing to get in the trenches when needed, but also provide 1-on-1 training and support for the team.


• 7+ years of Enterprise SaaS Experience with a minimum of 3 years leading a team of Enterprise sellers
• Must have experience selling into the Fortune 2000 or larger strategic accounts
• Preference for candidates who have already sold a business application, human capital management or similar platform into HR stakeholders

Location: The Director of Sales will be working in a Hybrid Model and must be based in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area as they will be expected to be in the office 1-2x./week; Travel up to 30% as needed
